If you have standard project settings (such as calendar work times) or standard tasks that you want to use again and again, you can create a template for multiple use. You create templates by clicking the Stationery button in the Save As dialog box from the File menu.
You can create two types of template documents: a template with a normal document name and a special template called MacProject II Options.

If you give a template a normal name, whenever you open the template a copy of it appears. You can save different templates for different kinds of projects and give each one a unique name.
If you give a template the name
MacProject II Options, a copy of that template opens every time you start a new project with New from the File menu or with Link to Subproject from the Task menu. You then modify this copy for the project and rename it.
